Healing Meditation
Ancient wisdom for modern wellness
The energy body consists of chakras, acupuncture meridians, and the mental body. These systems work together to channel divine energy flow throughout your being.
Ancient wisdom traditions including The Bible, Kabalah, Hindu Vedic, Buddhist, Daoist, and South American teachings have long recognized the importance of energy healing and meditation practices.
Meditation 1: Sit, Breathe, Relax
Sit comfortably with your spine straight. Sense energy entering through the crown of your head. Place your tongue gently to the roof of your mouth. Feel the energy ripple through your body with each breath, creating waves of relaxation and healing.
Meditation 2: Lying Down, Relaxed Position
Lie down in a comfortable position. As you inhale, visualize energy rising from your toes, traveling up through your legs, torso, and reaching the top of your head. Exhale gently, allowing any tension to release and flow away from your body.
Meditation 3: Long Lens
Breathe in all the pain and suffering of the world, transforming it within your heart. Breathe out pure white light, sending healing energy to all beings. This practice cultivates compassion and connects you to universal healing.
Meditation 4: Energy Healing
Focus on any problem areas in your body. Visualize universal healing energy as golden light flowing into these areas. See the energy spread in gentle ripples, dissolving blockages and restoring balance to your entire system.
Meditation 5: Sun and Moon Healing
Visualize the Sun as a magnificent fountain of light and energy above you. Feel its warm, healing rays pouring down, filling every cell of your body with vitality and life force. Allow this solar energy to recharge and rejuvenate you completely.
Meditation 6: Letting Go
Imagine your entire body surrounded by purifying flames. Allow yourself to burn completely, releasing all attachments, fears, and limitations. From these sacred flames, you emerge renewed, transformed, and free.
Meditation 7: Healing Family Ties
Imagine yourself as a five-year-old child with your parents. See the love and connection between you. Send forgiveness and healing energy to any wounds or misunderstandings. Feel the ancestral bonds strengthen and harmonize.
Meditation 8: Healing Love Relationships
Create an affirmation for every person in your life. Practice forgiveness for yourself and others. Release any resentment or pain, replacing it with unconditional love and acceptance. Feel your heart open and expand.
Meditation 9: Building Kidney Yin
Breathe slowly through your nose. Take the energy up your spine and down the front of your body in a continuous loop. Focus on your kidney area, building cooling, nourishing yin energy that supports vitality and longevity.
Meditation 10: Soul Alignment
Way above is the Monad, the divine source. Visualize a twelve-petaled lotus opening. Within it, see an orange triangle representing your soul. Align your consciousness with this higher aspect of yourself, connecting to your divine purpose.
Meditation 11: Healing Triangles
Visualize chakras and organs connected in sacred triangles, following the Tibetan tradition. See energy flowing between the first, seventh, and fourth chakras. Connect your two kidneys with the first center for ancestral energy. Link your kidneys with the hypothalamus for deep ancestral healing. Connect your solar plexus with spleen and back for inner strength.
The chakra triangles create powerful energy circuits: connecting the 1st, 7th, and 4th chakras forms the primary healing triangle.
Two kidneys with first center, for ancestral energy.
Two kidneys with Hypothalamus, for ancestral energy.
Solar Plexus with spleen and back, for strength.
